Atos is a digital services company headquartered in Bezons, France and Munich, Germany. They are the worldwide information technology partners for the Olympic & Paralympic Games.
Atos hired K2 Construtction to build its regional headquarters in Irving, TX. This 98,000 SF project has several distinctive features: cutting edge IT and audio visual technology, 100% programmable LED lighting, a mix of open, cloud and acoustic ceilings, curved walls throughout and curved custom wood bench seating. The office also has a full-service commercial grade kitchen and cafeteria, a fitness center, collaborative spaces, conference centers, executive offices and demonstration areas. The project was completed in two sixteen week phases.

The Atos North American Regional Headquarters project won two CoreNet Global Black, White and Blue awards. The first was the Collaborative Excellence award recognizing collaboration between corporate real estate and industry service providers (in this case, Gensler, Atos, Cushman & Wakefield and K2 Construction) who partner in the delivery of a remarkable project. The second was the Workplace Strategy Interiors award which recognizes innovation and purposeful design that significantly enhanced the company’s ability to meet its core business goals.
